An attractive pair of traditional leather hunt or top boots, featuring the distinct mahogany coloured cuff. The boots are worn with the scarlet or red coats also known as hunting Pink. Complete with their original wooden boot trees inserted. These are the standard formal attire for fox hunting, particularly worn by hunt masters and members who have been awarded hunt buttons.
In addition to the handwritten name UM Dreau on the three parts of the boot trees, they are also stamped. G (Gauche for Left) and D (Droite for Right). Early 20th century.
