
A grand piano in the style of an 18th century harpsichord, in water green lacquered wood with gold accents. It stands on a carved wooden base with detailing of musical instrument trophies.
The raised top reveals a charming country scene and a black keyboard, which was the custom in the 18th century. Metal frame signed Kriegelstein. Inscription reads “Kriegelstein, factor du King, fecit – 3 rue d’Edimbourg Paris”
This piano has been tuned to concert pitch, A=440. It is overstrung and the action is working perfectly well.
